New theatre poster
Hi folks
Been a while since I posted a poster.
Don't think I've posted this one before.
Any observations - positive or negative as long as they're constructive! - appreciated.

Cheers
Chris

It is nice one.I would add to top text 'Deadly Nightcap' like cold mist water on glass, something like that.Maybe some ice cube to blend that girl bit more inside the glass. My only opinion, you know what I'm mean. On other side, I totaly agree 'never trust an estate agent'...

I like the cold mist idea for the logo. Great idea - would definitely have improved it!

Great image Chris, thanks for sharing.

I think that cold mist is a great idea.

Maybe could add some frost to the glass too. I (just me) have some small problems relating the image of the woman to the glass. I think that frosting could crack it for me. Just a thought. Maybe more, that bright light at the bottom of the glass seems wrong. If you made a caste shadow from her figure it would make it more menacing, with maybe some hints of red leaking through?

More frost on the glass could work, and you're right about the bright light at the bottom of the glass - too distracting. I think a menacing shadow would make the image too complex? Thanks for taking the time to feedback.

Yes I think so Chris. Just change the colour, fade with e.g. gradient, add diffuse shadow I think would be ok. I think you know, the bottom of the glass is a reflection of what is above with refraction + magnification. You can see it in the other parts.

So yes I think just remove the distracting highlight at the bottom of the glass ..... then perfect? Just an idea.

Sorry one other very small thing, I'm not sure you want to do this, when blood / dye goes into liquid viz water based it has a bit of a diffuse turbulent flow. Its okay to experiment. Again another distraction, so fine the way it is.

Really great work Chris and again thanks for sharing. Its great you can share your PS skills to promote the Theatre

Yes I agree - HTCIP is a great place to showcase the Theatre's work!
