Halloween
I ended up making a few halloween images this year.
]insert Jungian analysis here.[

This is the link

I tried to create a high "creepy" factor. (not for the squeamish)
The images are of a somewhat high file size.
Sorry, if the Apple server is slow.

They won't be online forever.

Thanks.
Tom

Re: Halloween
Wow! The skull with one eye is astounishing! How long does it take you to do something like that? Do you draw a lot or is it "montage-and-filters" type of work?

I'm really impressed...

Re: Halloween
Hi Pierre.
They are mostly montage.
That image wasn't too difficult.
It was a combination of one of Steve's skeleton heads and this photo.

Re: Halloween
Beautiful images. Like to know more about how you generated the textures, but I suppose that's your secret weapon...

Hi Steve.
It's no secret.
Which textures?

Re: Halloween
Fantastic work, Tom. My favourite is the upside-down celtic cross, but I like them all.

Re: Halloween
Would the Texture Techonologist prepare a small tutorial in the appropriate forum? This would be real cool...

Re: Halloween
I would still ask which texture?
For example, on the forth image, the celtic cross;
The background is a photo of peeling paint over a black layer,
opacity reduced and filter>texture>grain>vertical.

Not much of a tutorial.
