Thanks everybody. Nick, these are the photos I used. I just took a piece of the apple and created a clipping mask for the mug and did the same thing for the rusty apple. The bite was created by masking out the edge of the mug. Copied the mug below itself, dodged and burned it. The peel was a selection from the clipping mask, cut and pasted to a new layer and I curled it using image warp.I made a new layer under the mug with the whole in it and painted in the white part of the apple and added a little noise. It actually took me a few hours because I'm still trying to figure out how to get the effect I want through trial, error and flipping through HTCIP! ![]() |

Cheers Steve. I wondered whether you had created a depth map for the overlay. I think this is a great piece and one to be proud of. I'll experiment more when I have tiime. Nick |
