How to Cheat in Photoshop CS4: what's new
Another 18 months, another version of Photoshop - and, of course, a new edition of How to Cheat in Photoshop to accompany it. The book's now bigger than ever, weighing in at a massive 448 pages. I've trimmed back a lot of the older material (which is still available on the DVD in PDF format) to make room for many more tutorials. As I point out with each new edition, this is a revised edition of How to Cheat in Photoshop and not a wholly new book. Please be aware that much of the content is the same as in previous editions! (If you do want a completely new book, I can recommend Art & Design in Photoshop). This edition covers the new features in Photoshop CS4, of course, including:
The old Time-Saving Techniques chapter from the fourth edition has been reworked into a new chapter - Advanced Techniques. This includes a range of techniques that will help you to get the most out of Photoshop, including:
Once again, my thanks to all of you for your inspiration during the writing of this book. It was your suggestions and queries that formed the basis for many of the new tutorials and techniques. Here's to CS5! |

Thanks for that - Amazon are usually pretty cool on these things - there returns policy is second to non although they had a slight delay on dispatch from the original 2nd feb launch.For ypur own refernce the book did not appear to ever had a cellophane seal as per the previous edition - there was a hint slight stain of glue where the disk sleeve should be but looked like `application failure`there was no sign of tearing or misuse during dispatch. This time around i'll take the English version of the book... cause it's way easier when working with an english software

Buy the book is quite accessible but photoshop cs4 buy is very expensive! steve should slip a copy in his book! ^ ^ cl&m&nt |
