That is superb with the scaling and the industrial reflection. The shine on the boot, however, takes me back several decades... of boot polish and heated backs of teaspoons... Nurse! can I get back into bed now? Ted |

Re: Contest 78: Eco footprints
Probably should have added some mud on the boot, didn't think of that. By the way, haven't heard of heated backs of teaspoons before. Too young? _________________ Paradoxes are fun |

Re: Contest 78: Eco footprints
mguyer, It appears that the original is a right foot, however it looks like you flipped the original horizontally. Even for having 2 left feet, what a commendable job on your hike through that rough terrain. ![]() whaler, lovin' the montage. atomic, that brings a whole new meaning to "I think I got somethin' in mah boot!" great lighting, nice work. |

Re: Contest 78: Eco footprints
Thanks mr.pbody (and everyone) for the compliments. As far as the wheel wells go, I traced the outline with the pen tool and then stroked it on a seperate layer with a 4-5 pix brush (chapter 12) and used that as a selection area to dodge out on the shoe layer. Then I dropped the selection area down a bit and burnt out the well. Mine is more of a Hummer, so I would love to see a monster truck. We have quite a fleet of really spectacular shoemobiles this week. |

Re: Contest 78: Eco footprints
Oh I like that! I can imagine the old woman living there with so many children..... farm fresh beef, organic wheat and a "FreshAir" loo within walking distance. Perfect - though £1.75 cover price is a bit steep for a spling mistook ![]() Ted |

Very nice Chris! My eyes sense a horizontal compression, but besides from that I think your approach is a fresh idea and nicely carried out. _________________ Paradoxes are fun |

Re: Contest 78: Eco footprints
Thanks for the comments guys, nice to have feed back. But am I going mad because I can't actually see what I've spelt wrong?? I even went and spell checked it all in Word to see and it came back a blank??? Whaler theres actually some vertical decompression as I had to stretch it vertically to make it fit the magazine cover. Tom WOW that is supreme, half tempted to grab a copy and have it hung on my wall!! |

Re: Contest 78: Eco footprints
Chris, it's the use of the word 'there' is its place. I think the 'there' should be 'their'. It's a snytax spling mistook! Ted ![]() |
