Re: Challenge 258: Classical architecture
Many great entries

Getting stuck working on one/two/three!!..... wahh !! Try again tomorrow. In the meantime just Apollo 11. (Watched moon landing live on B&W TV early morning......school hols!!)

Each step is built on the shoulders of others..... so Greece can get some recognition. IMHO.

Here is mine now. I thougt, I should make a roman scene. I know that doesnt show that I have much phantasy. So what!
I realy like Tom's "The Journey". That takes a lot of Phantasy to do something like that. Amazing!!!

Re: Challenge 258: Classical architecture
Last one this week. -> "Romantic Dorian lovers visit Taj Mahal".
Sort-of gave up on 2nd, or this is the sequel.......

(Thanks Anna for "the eyes" idea, did not see them before!!; hope you don't mind I use in a different direction. Your wall-E, made me laugh, but not seen the film )

More stimulating contribution from all!! Enjoying.

只用柱子搞建筑,有些不容易。哈哈!
用这些柱子来为和平奠定基础,很不错的想法吧?

巨大贡献。 I enjoy. 我知道那事。 和平是美德。 我们是否会发现它?

Re: Challenge 258: Classical architecture
Look fwd to Steve's comments.
Since it seems a little bit quiet this week, not a critique....... just wish to share at bit more on what I see/feel on a few more, excepting enjoying all!
China: 1st:: I must read that book. I like sculpture. Fascinating metaphor.
2nd: Brueghel-esk? Interesting imaginative idea, but does not mean I understand. My dad used to paint his works.
Bruce: reminds me of summer in Finland/Sweden/Norway.
Kate:love the blackbird and table you rendered...... My poor birds just get fed on the lawn . Again, your RR looks great!
Lonnie: very nice again, reminds me of winter, my sisters old house in Croydon.
Deborah: That was a difficult challenge you gave yourself. Glad you worked through it....
Tom: well that makes me think. Enjoy. You have of course a great style, and technique, if those are the right words....?...
Ivan: difficult challenge, I found so. You have a good result and I like the idea.
