Thanks, Emil. The director (from Hemera) fit nicely. The ladder is subtle, but connects the prop, as do the cables suspending the faux Earth. I do believe! I do. I do. But I was compelled by the conspiracy theory. Your "model" is a slick idea too. Well done. _________________ -- Lonnie |

Sophie, My hotels have freebie internet access but I haven't managed to persuade them to install Photoshop................yet! Emil, I had two different ideas on what I would have done this week and you have managed to combine them in one image. Nicely done.......and everyone else as well. If I have time when I get home on Thursday I'll try to post something if someone else hasn't beaten me to it. _________________ The meek shall inherit the Earth if that's ok with the rest of you. |

Re: Challenge 259: Moon landing
Greetings all, After lurking for a long time, and admiring the uber skills here, I decided to make the mistake of posting my very first Friday Challenge. I've only taken PS seriously for about a year so my skills are way below what's here. I remember as a kid, I wanted to jump off the diving board at the town pool but was frightened. Year after year, I'd watch the other kids jumping off and having a great time. I didn't know what my fear was; I could swim, I could jump...why did I not do it? I would think about it, dream about, envision doing it...but just didn't. Then one year, I got up and just did it...and it was great. And after that, I just kept jumping off the board...no problem. Lesson learned: the first is the hardest, after that, no big deal ![]() (thanks to Vibeke for all her help) :-) |

Some terrific work here - I love the 2001 reference Jota, and Tom's image is just fantastic. Brewell and Ben - you really made me chuckle Welcome to photo57 - I 'm glad you took the plunge and Hi to Jonvee Leo too although sadly your image is just coming out as a red x at the moment. _________________ I'm not really bad - I just draw that way |
