Re: Challenge 275: Queen's Grove
I threw every trick I could at it - I'll share a little tip - although you pobably already know it. I often "Flattened frames to layers" so that I can apply Transformations to each frame without affecting all the other layers individualising movements. Becky |

Re: Challenge 275: Queen's Grove
Glad to help - you will find the option within the fly-out menu on the Animation Palette and it's non-destructive so your original layers will be preserved but their visibility is switched off so if you make a mistake it isn't hard tp go back to your unflattened layers and tweek bits. Using this method you can build up some very complex animations such as this one I did last night. ![]() |

It's been a while and i have missed doing the challenges. Lots of high quality work as usual. If only they had Marquee style lettering back in the day it would have been alot easier to correct. ![]() _________________ Justice for the '96 YNWA |

I felt the scene needed motivation. ![]() _________________ The journey of a thousand hours begins with a single layer. |

My favorite Queen.. ![]() Groovy is a slang term that gained popular currency during the 1960s and 1970s and which is often associated with the counterculture of that era. It is roughly synonymous with words such as excellent, fashionable, or amazing, depending on context. Groovy originated in the jazz culture of the 1930s, in which it referred to the groove of a piece of music _________________ Perfect confidence is granted to the less talented as a consolation prize. |

Signage hasn't improved much in a 100 years. Fantastic work this week! Maiden, I have CS3 and I can't find the animated GIF controls, where'd they go? I use to make them in Photoshop/ImageReady (mind you not nearly as spectacular as your designs). ![]() |

Thanks for all the kind comments - I think there are some great animators here on How to Cheat. Perhaps Steve could be persuaded to set an animation challenge ![]() |
