Hi China,

But how might this shop have looked in its prime?

Steve is asking ‘can you make the shop look as though it is new?’

And what on earth does dressed tripe look like?

The shop is what is known in England as a ‘Tripe Butcher’. ‘Tripe’ comes from the stomach of the cow. In modern Britain ‘Tripe Butchers’ are very rare and probably no longer exist. Tripe can still be bought in a normal butcher shop.

‘Dressed tripe’ is tripe that is prepared for sale. 'Tripe' can be roughly translated as 肚子.

I hope that you can translate and understand my explanation.

Gordon

China,

I for one, will try to give you a bit of my understanding soon in case it might help. I think you can be creative, your view anyway and that makes it interesting
万一它也许帮助,我很快将给您我的一些理解。 我认为您可以是创造性的。 您的意图然后使它有趣

Don't follow my next contribution. Its a bit off brief, maybe like some others maybe!

China, Gordon,

Overlappped.. ...I think Gordon covers tripe fine of course Its still popular(ish) in Ireland, and I've had in France, but I did not like the way it was "dressed". Tasted like a cows stomach before finished eating!!

I prefer the other "offal" especially in China, as very tasty and well prepared. Some offle quite popular with some in Europe.

谢谢。 照片是从烤肉在*Wiltshire*乡下英国。 品尝非常好! 与火的烧烤猪是专家工作。 慢烹调和没烧。
but not new of the shop. Maybe one open the door or change the door to new in my application.

I agree I have new door ready (will edit my last contribution) and am also working the open door for a second contribution if possible. Also I think maybe Steve may want historical fresh look i.e. how it was. 并且我认为史蒂夫也许可能想要历史新神色. (Hope my Chinese not too bad)

Good luck with your contribution, I/we look forward to it when you can.
I hope can complete my second and will update first.

Thank you for your comments.

While I've still got my sanity I think I had better post this. It really is one of those times I wish I had never started this - but it is now time to get back to proper life!
