During WWII eggs were very scarce so I dont think Dr Wildgoose was a real person but a code name for Irish egg smugglers! I only know one Mr Bogey and he was involved in some dodgy business regarding a Falcon earlier in the war so it wouldn't surprise me if he had a hand in the egg business too!!

Wow Jim - those have to be the BIGGEST eggs I've ever seen! I'd hate to be the chicken that layed them!

They're Goose eggs Joey! Dont think a chicken would have survived trying to lay one of them, or if they did they're egg laying career would come to a painful end!

Hmmm! maybe they are a bit big even for goose eggs, think they must be double yokers eh???
