Mr. Caplin, I am officer Malone, do you have permission to do a Photoshop challenge in this street? I guess not!! First this is a "NON-BIKE-ZONE" and second your bike is parked on top of the parking line. I am giving you this $500 ticket so you can go next week and explain the judge why are you doing this with out a permit?. Have a good day Mr. Caplin,...an NO MORE Photoshop challenges in my street.
