I've never heard of princess parties so I may be missing something in srawland's entry. I like the banner, though, and the clever reflections in all the mirrors - and the fact that the hat stands are festooned with tiaras. What's the hedge hiding?

Thank you, Steve, for your generous critique.

As I stated it may be an American thing. Or, maybe you only had male children? In America it seems lately many a little girl has the fantasy of being a Disney princess. Parents can hire a young woman dressed as their daughter's favorite Disney princess character for birthday parties. Some parents even indulge their daughter's wish to be a princess so much that it is a common sight to see three-year old girls dressed as if they were going to an 18th century ball at the supermarket or at the mall.

The joke here is that all the adult "princesses" are having a party of their own.

The hedge isn't hiding anything really. It's common here for the more elegant booths to put little hedges in front of them to delineate their space.

I love the book and I am new so I thought I would try out the friday challenge. Hoping to get better. I really enjoy tweaking things with photoshop.

And yes, you're right about the original image - Sara, where's your reflection?

I really don't know why my reflection isn't in the mirror. I didn't take myself out. Perhaps I am dead.

Great entry, Shane - I like the use of the skeletons, and the new lighting. A little hard to see at this size, though. See here for instructions on how to produce a larger image at a small enough file size.
