I just remembered where I have seen the same (but different) image before...

Economy of effort

A good many years ago I went to the wedding of Andy Hamilton, a writer responsible for a number of British comedy series, among which perhaps the best known was "Drop the Dead Donkey". It was held in the splendid great hall of the Natural History Museum.

The invitation, under dress code, which would normally say 'formal', or 'black tie' or 'casual' or whatever, simply said 'Make an Effort!'.

Just the kind of thing I would expect of Andy Hamilton; an excellent comedian.

I shared an airline departure lounge sitting next to him a few years ago but didn't like to engage him as I didn't know how he would react to some tiresome stranger inflicting himself on him.

I am sure he would have been entertaining and gracious. One of the most charming and likeable people I have met.

Thank you Loyd and David!

David, when I initially created the boat it was in pea green colour however once I added various lighting and shading the colour changed accordingly.

Re: Challenge 762: Cat among the pigeons
I once was in a client meeting for a Birds Eye frozen peas ad. They had asked an artist to produce a number of pictures showing an open pod containing square cubic peas. (I really can't remember the concept behind this bizarre idea).

The Birds Eye marketing director, a very pompous senior collar and tie who took himself rather too seriously, pontificated to the meeting, with an absolutely straight face, that he didn't feel they worked because they had lost their 'peaness'.

The rest of us had to try and sit there with a straight face.
