Done as suggested! 
In the unlikely event that any of you might possibly find this method of bird disposal by a Viking invader historically questionable, I refer you to the Wikipedia entry showing Puy du Fou's own 'historical' reconstruction of Viking warfare methods.

Thank you David. I did make the entire box in C4D. All the textures I did in Photoshop using one image of timber and then overlaying it with grunge and scratch textures. Then colour correcting it to try and match the original piece (to some extent). Once I made it, it was just a case of adjusting the size and position to fit over the original bird box. I made the wire/netting at the front also. I was mucking around with different things a few weeks ago and it just evolved so I saved it..one day it will come in handy! BOOM! Nice 'overkill', and thanks for the link David, it gave me another idea.
I agree with Anna, Mariner. I also want the iron gate... well done!
Thanks Anna... silly dove. I agree with David, I wish that I could create a parallax view as smoothly as you have. Wonderful!

I have had to do another upload/post as something is not working quite right in the first posting. Again wait up to 30 seconds for the animation to initialise which is strange as it's under 5 megs. I believe Photobucket is playing up at the moment!
