Re: Challenge 869: In the shower
Advance notice: I’m currently on a boat floating down the Thames somewhere between Windsor and Oxford.

I won’t be back in London until Friday afternoon, and will write up the Challenge then.

Thanks for your patience.

Nice weather, a beer or three. Have a good trip.

Steve, the Queen is in Balmoral right now, with randy Andy, so you won't spot her in Windsor.

Re: Challenge 869: In the shower
First to jump in the shower this week was Frank, with some tasteful nudity - is that really Prince Rupert? They have the look of Adam and Eve to me. Some well-placed steam, there, and the bath reflection has been neatly camouflaged.

It looks like GKB has been touring with Poser, or possibly Daz Studio. A great pose, and I like the artful reflection in the base. The poster on the wall is neatly framed, too, and I like the added shower gel. Hate to be pedantic, especially where shadows are concerned, but surely the two lights are directly above her? I also think she’s spent far too long indoors: she could do with some colour in her cheeks.

A modesty loincloth from tooquilos, along with a splendid shower curtain. Excellent work removing the original glass, with its reflections. I see you’ve opted for a smaller shower, too - and filled the bath. A well-found exterior shot in the animated version, and I enjoyed the steam and trickling water. Nice. Though for a soundtrack I’d have chosen the Blondie song Picture This, with the lyric “I will give you my finest hour / the one I spent watching you shower”.

It’s baby bath time from lwc, with an ingeniously wobbling background. I like the steam and water. What’s that curious blue and yellow beast that seems to have crawled up through the plug hole?

A really funny entry from DavidMac, the shocked woman perfectly covering her modesty. Great work adding the reflected bathtub over the front, but you lose points for giving her two left feet.

A fantastic extension from Mariner, with some serious cleaning work going on. Tremendous attention to detail: I especially like the reflected bathtub, complete with reflected portrait. My only tiny point is the angle of the sides of the shelves in the extension on the right - should follow the vanishing point set by the tiles on the left.

Michael Sinclair was totally uninspired. You could always try following the brief, Michael!

Well I'll be damned! Talk about tunnel vision! Never spotted it all. The original picture had shoes which I had to remove. I was so concentrated on getting a decent fit and blend I never saw it at all!! Definite senior moment.

Well, I didn't spot that. Thanks, Steve.

Thanks Steve. I agree about her colouring; I think she might have spent a little too long indoors during lockdown

I took my cue for her shadow from the shadow of the shower head on the wall.

Thank you Steve. I didn't think of Blondie's song!

My hands, my camera, my great-grandson playing with a blue & yellow toy flower in his grandmother's garden.
