A very good effort, Michael, except that the wheels seem to be going backwards half the tiime.

Michael much thanks for the identification of the model number, and again I'm grateful for the valuable feedback concerning the wheel.

I have hopefully fixed the wheel directional spin (now four frames), and readjusted the skyline correctly. In light of major corrections, I have placed the updated entry here:

It's a fifty framer, so let is cycle through to get up to normal speed

UPDATED AGAIN--CLEANED UP THE WHEELS

You are welcome Michael. That wheel spin is fixed now. Well done. I especially like the light reflections on your paintwork and am currently trying to put something similar on mine.

Inclement weather changed my plans for the day — I had little else to do so I put together this totally pointless abomination...

Grandpa's taxi is great, Frank.

Who is the driver of the pink hearse, Michael? You've done a great job with it!

Nice work Loyd

Thanks anna. The driver of my hearse is the same driver of the Rolls Royce seen here.

Great car Ben. I don't recognize the two people on the LHS.

Re: Challenge 941: My kingdom for a hearse
First to drive the hearse this week was DavidMac, with a matching Barbie doll - complete with helmet and checkered sleeves. Nicely done, although too strong a shadow for such an overcast day.

We don’t get Graveyard Carz in the UK, but Frank's montage tells us all we need to know. I like the soft blending. A terrific setting for the second entry, the “Last Responder” - and a fine cast of characters, both inside and out. Glorious.

Highly convincing flames from lwc, with the smoke and sparks adding greatly to the effect. A curious lava-like burst at the rear! And good to see Herman Munster in the second entry, complete with wagging finger. Is that a virtual reality experience with Kiss in the third entry? Not sure why the band is there – but I do like the steaming skeleton in the back of the hearse.

The Munsters make a guest appearance in GKB's entry, repainted ghoulish green. I like the added coffin in the back. A great motorised coffin for Uncle Fester (and did you know that the actor who played him started his career opposite Chaplin in The Kid).

I suspect Ant Snell’s excellent entry might have involved removing the original hearse from the photo - in which case, very neatly done. The three guys in the back with their checkered flag and piston trophies are a good addition, as is the coffin in the back.

I see michael sinclair is back doing what Michael Sinclair enjoys most - driving cars down country roads. The spinning wheels are good, but don’t you get bored doing the same image over and over?

A discreet curtain hides tooquilos' coffin from view as it waits outside the church. Great atmospheric effects in the animated version, and that’s a curious levitating coffin. I like how it wiggles as it slots into the grave.

A curious mixture of messages in Ben Boardman’s entry: the cast of Top Gear, with Stig at the wheel, and a cardboard coffin sized for a rather short, fat Jeremy Clarkson. I like the Do Not Stack labels. And a gloriously rebuilt car.

Expert remodelling from Mariner, with the hearse stopped outside Window Castle. A fine stab at the reflection of the police officer in the side of the vehicle, but I think that strong pink would produce a much more muted result - maybe change to Multiply mode?

Thanks Steve. And thanks for the Multiply mode tip. I just tried it and it looks a lot better.

Thank you Steve. The coffin isn't for Jeremy himself, it's for his career at the BBC, as per the plaque. Good challenge.

Thanks Steve.

But ‘Uncle Fester’? He was in the competing Addams Family. My character is Grandpa Munster. You need to brush up on your monster family trees

… and I think I need to get out more 🤪
