SEASIDE FUN! More Caplin Adventures

Holiday time. Young Stephen has managed to slip the leash and sneak off. He has found his way into the Pier Arcade. Although the machine looks just like the one in the shoe shop, he is about to discover that it won’t be his toes he sees wiggling.

While searching the web, no matter what for, I am increasingly finding Facebook trying to grab my attention.

I hope it can be seen this week.

Curious to know what you gave it to start with.

I asked to place the pedoscope in a 1950th shoe shop.
Then asked for the girl

Nice entries David, took me a minute to grasp the wiggling, naughty Steve.

I see you are putting partial AI to work Vibeke - if the shoe fits I guess wear it - nice.

Dolly Parton last week. Now this ......... that's two bosom gags in two weeks.

Some of us regress into second childhood with age.

Do you think I might be entering second adolescence?

Its impressive! This is very quibbly (is that a word?) but it's interesting to see that it hasn't quite matched the wide angle perspective of the machine or modified the perspective of the machine to fit better in the background. I thought technical stuff like that it was supposed to handle perfectly.

It's not something I get involved in, except very occasionally out of curiosity. I didn't have much success. So I did some research and discovered there's a whole new school of very detailed tutorials out there ....... on good prompt writing!

I shouldn't be surprised. It makes perfect sense. If you're going to use it, learn to do it properly.

But somehow, deep down, I still can't get past this gut feeling that it all seems rather sad. A bit like devoting pages to tutorials on good microwaving.

Steve was aged using a combination of AI and Liquify.

Like all young boys, our Steve has heroic fantasies .......... in glorious Cinemascope!

I cannot help wondering, Steve, if inviting us to feature you in our images might just possibly be termed foolhardy.

And that's quite enough from me for one week ............

Twenty five years away from the UK I can only get Jimmy and Rolf.

I take it that the others are also BBC personalities related in, um, a similar manner .........
