There have been some great entries this week from all you guys!

I'm afraid I am bowing out gracefully from this challenge as I have had a very busy week, what with getting married on Saturday (not that I havn't secretly tried to fatten a certain turkey when no-one has been looking!!)

Have to say Steve that I agree with everyone, if that turkey were sitting on my dinner table come December 25th, I would have serious concerns about the health of my family should they eat any of it!

Re: Contest 75: Turkey trimming
Hi everyone. Been laid up with flu this week, just slipping down to the computer every now and then to check emails and forum progress. So I'm afraid my comments are going to be rather briefer than usual, as I have to crawl back into bed soon.

Born2Run: good TV effect, fantastic marching turkeys, great sense of menace.

Lexus: You never finished this one!

G E Sutton: Dazzling Frankenstein! A really superb piece of work. Best of all is the tonal matching - very hard to do effectively with mono images, but this one's perfect. Loved the Ben Franklin too.

Tom: great texturing and shading, and a really good curtain. But we shouldn't be able to see the reflection of the curtain through the reflection of the medal!

Atomicfog: They both look disgusting. I wouldn't eat either of them.

maiden: Arf arf! This one really tickled me!

chris: OK, it's fattened up, but I still wouldn't eat it!

Samantha: Great composition, but Lexus is right about the shadows

Stefan: Excellent - and, mguyer, that's how to make a bird's wings flap!

kenney: Ha ha! Love the pointing finger. And all you need on the axe is a different bevel. Great comment from G E Sutton!

mguyer: Nice work - a good counterpoint. Shadow a little two dimensional, perhaps?

Glen: Genius!

Neal: Great fattening! But why is he made of pine cones?

jwhite: Fantastic stuff. A real hoot. Love the chopping block!

Tabitha: Congratulations!

Sorry for the short notices. Will be back up to full strength next week!

Steve

I noticed that after my late night post.
I actually corrected it on the original file.

phooey forgot attachment.

Sure Tracey was a big bird! But after enduring vigorous examinations she was beginning to think posing as a dog to escape the xmas dinner plate was a bad idea!

Isn't that one of those cross-breeds?
