Re: Contest 239: Poster power
Great and imaginative work so far.

This weekend was the Sydney Gay Mardi Gras, which is held in Oxford Street, hence the subject of my fc this week. Its a dazzling event, full of life, colour, dancing and floats.

The guy at the front is having a bit of a problem with his new underwear, keeps trying to adjust it

Here's the English version of carnival - much more restrained and strictly in black and white !
Sorry about co-opting your face again Steve, but I couldn't think of anyone else who would make a better ringmaster

Thanks Anna amd what funny things happen in your part of the world!

In response, it has to be said that I've some notable talent in my team, so you animators had better be on top form!

Josephine - Love the newspaper effect. I have an old photoshop 4 How to Wow book which explains how to obtain that effect, but using a single repeated image. I'll have to dig it out and have a go.

Well if this doesn't get someone's attention we're all doomed.

I think the fish might suffer in cold weather, but it seems to have attracted some attention ...

Thanks jeepy !

And very neatly done Kate - the only trouble is that no-one will be looking at the poster !

Re: Contest 239: Poster power
Actually I was tempted to go for the water tank option myself - except I was going to put a convalescing Luke Skywalker in it - but even if I could have found a decent film still I don't think I could have done such a good job

Awww, shucks! Thanks! The idea, as usual, was my husband's. I call him my Artistic Director - he comes up with the ideas and I put them into practice.
