Concerning the ear, I get your point, but this is going to sound a bit weird, I love eating sliced pigs ears in China (and a lot more). In the middle there is the cartilage. Here I removed it just to leave the skin, hence the loop. Again, very weird, but I was feeling hungry and had to rush (what sort of excuse is that..... )

Great challenge and I think everyone did great work... and enjoyed it

And again thanks for the feedback(s) Steve.. I was hoping I could feedback on yours, but I really like it, very dynamic ) knew I should have had more time, as if.... :-P
