Thank you Steve. A few words from you is worth a picture. Well done everybody. Steve, was the door in this image manipulated? Apart from the apparent join at the base of the door, it appears to have insufficient clearance to close without leaving evidence on the floor. It also seems too wide for the frame?

I started mine out as an Escher homage too bjansen but you have done a much better job than I could have managed

I'm sure you could have easily bested me Josephine, especially seeing as how I demolished the railing in order to avoid dealing with it, haha.

It seems as though we are often on the same wavelength, as I thoroughly enjoyed your Sherlock quote regarding the T.K. paintings

Cheers Steve - ten out of ten to everyone who had a pop at this rather than fudging it like I did

Liquefy me eyebrows! That sounds painful - I have never used the liquefy filter - it looks a bit too intimidating - maybe another time I'll have a go

Daniel: Yes, you could be right about the height of the window.

dwindt: The image is exactly as shot - no alteration to the door!

Josephine: The Liquify filter is excellent. Try it!

Re: Challenge 356: The staircase
Thank you Steve for your comment.

Nick, you are very close. The numbers are my TMA results. I have been studying MBA for 2 years at Open University UK (Milton Keynes). My result of the first TMA (tutor marked assignment) was 38 points from 100. I was shocked because I learned very hard and I thought that I had it in little finger (when something is easy we say here: we have it in little finger). I thought there would not be problem to reach result around 80. The last assignment I got 80 and I was shocked again because I thought I have would be glad when I reached 40 points. So, thats it. This picture should remind me that sometimes things happen in other way than we think, that is the reason why I used the numbers in relation with balls (a ball will never roll in the same way twice). And of course we have here the number on the lamp, it is my highest result in TMA.

Is it clear now? :-)))

All the best. Emil

Thanks Steve appreciate your comments and yes her head does look small, I think it musta happened when trying to get the perspective right on her, spent too much time on one end an forgot about the other
Well done to everyone thought they were all excellent and hope no one else is now hooked on valium after trying to separate the handrail from the floor!!

Re: Challenge 356: The staircase
Thanks for the kind comments Steve. I was thinking about dramatising the scene a bit more through some creative lighting but was running out of time, so stopped at the point I had reached.

As for the size of the Daleks doesn't everybody know they are gigantic! No of course it a fair cop; as you rightly observe they are far too big relative to the handrail height.

Cheers Vern

Great works all! Very disappointed I couldn't try this one. I was really going to enjoy the challenge, but travel left only one day.
