Re: Challenge 540: The dinghy
Thanks Steve
The original pic had a girl in a similar sized dinghy, so I cloned out the parts which showed however, you will see that her reflection doesn't show in the side panel, so I took the view that our airmen wouldn't show either.

Thanks Steve for your fair-minded comment on my pic. Interestingly this time I found it quite realistic for my standards as I shot my daughter's feet under water while she was taking a bath with her rubber duck (in real life it is a Swiss duck with a white cross on red ground). Perhaps I should've added the shower head to make the situation clearer...

Thank you, Steve, for your critique. I will provide a (hopefully) corrected view.

a biplane-style seaplane (flying boat? What's the difference?).

The term 'amphibian aircraft' covers both floatplanes and flying boats but they also have retractable wheels for landing on a runway like the Walrus in my image.

I'm not boring you am I?

Not at all, Gordon. But I have to correct you on a small technical point: a walrus is a large marine mammal of the genus Odobenus. What you have in your picture is a plane.

Aaahh, that would explain why I was finding it so difficult to fly.

HAHAHAHAHA!

Thank you for the comedy interlude

Re: Challenge 540: The dinghy
Thanks, Steve. Yes, when I realised I had it right smack in the middle I had no time or sea left to sort it out. A bit of pre-planning might have helped, of course!
I also enjoyed the bit of banter between you and Gordon. Made me laugh

Re: Challenge 540: The dinghy
Thanks Steve. I was too busy focusing on the movement of the raft to worry about the bird haha. After the rescue, the guys wanted some time out so I left them to it
