David your posting button has run amok...

The cheeks was a static image, I simply added the wings and the animations... thanks!

Loyd, you just revived a part of my growing up. Something that I appear to have failed to complete I'm happy to say. Love the Acme wings ... as you say 'what could possibly go wrong?'

Some very good and silly images this week. Keep it up everyone

I started this image earlier today. Not entirely happy with it but must finish now. Beep, Beep.

Growing up is for old fogies Gordon... you've got the Rolls down, now you need to make a badge for the Bentley.

Yes. Much better.

Pop out to the garage for a quick snap did you?

It was my chauffeur’s day off so I had to get the butler to take the shot. Unfortunately he shot the wrong Rolls. In the end I had to send my private jet to Barbados to collect David Bailey from my villa where he was holidaying to take the shot. This time I made sure that he knew it was the Rolls fourth from the right … the one with the red Lamborghini in front, not the white one🤣

We know the truth Gordon, the Bentley was in the shop and you had to use the Rolls.

Not something entirely new, the multi-colored wing concept has been a fascination for the Dutch for ages.

Horrendously time consuming. It needs more than 55 frames shown here, but you at least get a taste of a real waving flag.

Michael I am truly a little puzzled by this.

" .... the taste of a real waving flag".

The flag is a white flag on green screen animation into which you have embedded the colours. I appreciate that 55 frames must indeed have been very time consuming. I also appreciate that to attempt to animate the colours to follow the folds and changing shape would be a gargantuan task far too difficult to even contemplate but, as it is, the self evidently static colours serve only to diminish and inhibit the "taste of a real waving flag".

My puzzlement is that you have obviously put a lot of work and effort into this but I can't quite grasp why.

I keep asking myself "Why did he choose to do something so insanely difficult and unachievable?"

This just came in as I was in the middle of posting my earlier comment.

Works much better!
