Challenge 272: St Martin's in the Fields
The view from the top of London's National Portrait Gallery shows the rooftops surrounding Trafalgar Square. The spire belongs to the church of St Martin's in the Fields, and when it was built it truly was out in the fields.

Can we restore it to its former appearance? All I could photograph from here was the spire, so you'll need to find your own base to stick it on...

High res is here.

Anna, your video is absolutely brilliant, it's funny, has great placement and colour/tone matching of spire to scene and a happy ending; the still images also bring out your attention to detail.

These qualities are of course something we should all aspire to

Vern

Anna, I'd echo Vern's comments. How the hell do you follow such great work?.

Excellent Anna! It's rather reminiscent of the Garden Gnome in Audrey Tautou's endearing film Amélie.
