Challenge 296: Carnival
Another image from my Venice trip: this one is a carnival costume I saw in a shop window. It would obviously look a whole lot better with a real person inside it.

Can you get it out of the window? It's not an easy job: there's the reflected glare, the fact that the top of the headdress is missing and much of the skirt is covered up, and the mask might be tricky to extract as well.

I've provided the original at higher resolution than normal, here, to make the cutout easier.

Well at least is time I don't even think it's going to be easy.
There's a useful book out there, 100% Photoshop, but I haven't got to this chapter yet.

Beautiful Gordon.
Did you watch Steves' CS5 presentation on Retouch Pro and hear the nice things he had to say about you?

Re: Challenge 296: Carnival
Thank you Vibeke. I did enjoy doing this one.

I didn't see Steve's presentation, I'm afraid as I've been too busy here in Sweden. I think I would be rather embarrassed to hear something like that.

Glad to hear that your husband has approved the new MAC. You won't be disappointed.

Gordon

This is my best guess as to what it might look like. Womens frocks are not really my area of expertise.
