Challenge 311: In concert

I went to see the jazz singer/pianist Diana Krall perform at an open-air concert a few weeks ago, and very impressive she was too.

This is how the stage looked shortly before the concert started. Of course, it was all much more impressive once it started to go dark (and, indeed, once Diana Krall started playing).

So what did the concert look like?

I saw her in Wellington in February, she is wonderful. love her CD's.

Here is my rather overly ambitious attempt complete with plasma screen for the benefit of the back row - I realise the perspective (ugh) is off but I somehow managed to save the photoshop file as a jpeg and lose the photoshop file at the same time - (how did that happen?!) - so no further tinkering is possible

I often do that, you flatten the image, save it, instead of save as and setting it to jpeg or changing the name. Close it and all your layers are gone.

Great work so far. Nick I really like the subtlety of your lighting. Bruce that kid's face is priceless!

I thought Id do an outdoor cinema and its the first time Ive incorporated video footage with an animation. Interesting experiment.

I was on holliday the last month (but the work comes with me!), and this month, the three children of my husband come from Guadeloupe!
5 kids at home, (16, 13, 13, 11 and 9 years), i don't think i'll have the time to challenge this month!
