Challenge 331: Father Ted
At the Christmas party last week, Ted Eggs (Eggbox) pointed out that he was now old enough to be chosen to play the part of Father Christmas (or Santa Claus, if you prefer). Well, this seemed too good an opportunity to miss, especially since Ted offered to model for the part, so here's your festive Challenge. The photograph was taken by Trevor (Jota120): can you turn Ted into a convincing Santa? And just to add an extra twist: Ted has an impressive quantity of steely-grey hair. I'd like you to construct Santa's beard entirely from the hair already in the photograph. After all, I don't want to make it too easy for you. High res is here.  |

Gift tags anyone? The beard is from Ted's hair. I turned a small portion of it into a brush. I got the idea from an excellent book called 'How to Cheat in Photoshop'...  _________________ Man cannot change the direction of the wind but he can adjust the sails |

Good work from everyone again. Sorry I won't have time to do anything this week or, possibly, next; Sylvia has managed to break her ankle while delivering Christmas cards! As if the time of year isn't hectic enough! So I'll be busy trying to catch the turkey, pluck it cook it! I'll have time to look in in the site but, in the meantime, a Happy Christmas to everyone.
