Friday Challenge: Decking out the balcony

Deborah Morley photographed this intriguing building yesterday, in which the balcony has been rather beautifully decked out. A shame the same can't be said for the ground floor, whose occupants seem to have given up entirely.

Can you give them a hand to liven the place up a bit? I think they need some help.

I'm away for a while, and will write this one up when I return in two weeks' time.

"Decked out". First thought, I was going to get my garden decking company out

e.g. http://www.decked.co.uk/, but guess means more than that

Another geographical and demographical euphemism maybe(?), or just me

Oh well, see my interpretation later......

Look at the lamp. Over it you will see in the corner a spider network of Sjef.
Deborah, your house is a very good photo, thank you! I like all highly imaginative downstairs-interpretations of the photoshop-artists. They are superb. Unfortunately a lot of people are not able to live in a world of flowers.

i love learning new tricks like cobwebs or something, and then applying them in a shop. the hanging lamp looks really good!

The imported figures are very nicely integrated, without any fringing around the edges at all. And the sign is nice too! Your lamp made me...

Thanks also for a great photo Deborah . Nothing so wrong with Steve's but I like your quality.
I might have some small critique on entries, but since not good at that, and I get wrong......... just enjoying the entries.

My attempt, I must quickly post now as have to go... (some things I'd like to refine, but will take some time.. and life not so friendly on that)
