Challenge 499: Open the pod doors
One of the exhibits at last year's 3D Print Show in London was a prototype of a futuristic car, in which it was claimed that 3D printing played a part - although I'm not quite sure how big a part. The car itself, though, is intriguing. How, exactly, would you get into such a car? How does the door mechanism work? And how hard will it be to take it out of the showroom and put it on a city street? High res is here.  |

It's funny how this futuristic car looks similar to the futuristic cars of the 1980's.. In what future are they hoping to drive such a ridiculous car?..  |

It looks a bit big on my browser, so I hope it's OK. I tried using Perspective Warp on the hoist, but I don't think it liked the A cross section. Oh, and I treated my self to Eye Candy 7, because is pretty affordable nowadays. |
