Challenge 750: Float my boat
I came across this extraordinary photograph of an abandoned hydrofoil this week. It's part of a Soviet passenger fleet from the 1980s, and must have looked magnificent in its day.

You know what you have to do.

High res is here.

Nice quickies David and Lwc.

So many ideas but I may bow out. I'm so enjoying the challenge of modelling the steam drill. It's very slow though, trying to understand the working parts in order to model it convincingly.

Re: Challenge 750: Float my boat - the early days.
There is no way I have the time for what Steve really wants. So I am having to cheat my way out of this .............

Loyd, Frank very clever.

It occurs to me that if ever a challenge had 'Mariner' written all over it, it must be this one.

We are all watching you Michael!!

Frank I like how you overcame the issue of the missing back of the hydrofoil. Great images everyone!!
