Challenge 826: The desert island
Imagine you were shipwrecked on this island. How would you make it habitable? We'll assume you're allowed air drops of whatever supplies you need.

High res is here.

A great idea Loyd, and amazingly quick. Suggest you get him to wave his flag a bit harder, move the cockpit to and fro, and flatten some of the rippling water below the helicopter blades.

There are limitations to what I am willing to do...

Bit of spray wouldn't go amiss as well and, while your about it, you could update that cellphone ..........

Re: Challenge 826: The desert island
Michael, & David.... what a picky lot. More vigorous flag waving, cockpit to and fro, increased water turbulence, cellphone updated. Anything else?

Actually the scene should move "to and fro" not the helicopter... but there's always another day.

This may be more like what you had in mind Michael, and I simply misunderstood...

I think we can consider that acceptable for the present.

Love the Run Amuk version. Very Jules Verne.

Once again James Bond pits his abilities against his arch enemy Ernst Stavros Blofeld and SPECTRE

Well done... bonus points for using the 'real' James Bond.

Re: Challenge 826: The desert island
For those not familiar with the very British institution that is ‘Desert Island Discs’, it is a radio programme on BBC Radio 4 that was first broadcast on the BBC Forces Programme on 29 January 1942.

Each week a guest, a 'castaway', is asked to choose eight recordings (usually, but not always, music), a book and a luxury item that they would take if they were to be cast away on a desert island, whilst discussing their lives and the reasons for their choices. The ‘castaways’ are usually people who have achieved eminence in their field, some notable success in their lives, or they’re politicians.
