Challenge 472: The control room
I went on a visit to the giant industrial print works where they print The Times this week - and where they turn out over a billion newspapers a year.

Everything is automated, from the robots that stack the paper rolls to those that move the rolls into place on the printing presses, to the giant presses themselves. The printers monitor the progress and correct the printing accuracy from these workstations: you can make out the presses behind the glass.

To me, though, these look more like stations for controlling - well, what could you control from here? What else could be behind that glass, and on those screens?

High res is here.

I like to think I'm on topic within the remit given. And hey, I got the horizon and eyeline right!

No time this week, but great entries.
James I watched yours a few times before I realised the image on the screen matched what was happening. Excellent.

A good book can cause one to nod off and sort of float away. Great entries everyone.
