Aviary - Worth1000.com Free Software
I know most of us here are lucky enough to have Photoshop, but for those who don't, this link might be worth checking out. Worth1000.com have come up with their own image/vector editing software and are offering it free: http://aviary.com/home I've no idea what it's like, so if anyone has any feedback feel free to let us know. Or if you're extra brave, post us an image.

I had a brief look at the image one last night, I'm quite impressed. Although you certainly wouldn't want to be a complete newbie to the scene, it's a bit vague in places. |

hi when the Aviary tools were released, I was particulary interested in the Phoenix (Image Editor) and at first was quite impressed at the quality of work you can achieve...but then I just don`t like the idea that you cannot save the files in your own PC, except for the flatenned versions, the original files with layers remain in their servers...hopefully that changes although the fact that itīs Flash-based is just awesome! |
