Windows XP only!
Earlier today my computer decided to boycott my commands...so naturally, I contacted Technical Support (just before I threw the keyboard across the room!) Anyhow, the technician gained control of my computer (which was pretty neat) and took me to this website. From the website he was able to fix my problem. Please be cautious when making changes! Thankfully, there is an "undo" link that will revert back to the original settings if needed.
