Bank Extention
Hi Everyone, This is my 1st post and I am still trying to get to grips with photoshop. Vanishing point is my latest confusion as well as shadows. They seem to be going in all directions i just didnt know where to attempt mine. help is appreciated. anyways here is my pic. PS. loving the book ![]() |

Hi carpetzombie and welcome to the forum. Your vanishing point and eye level of the people at the horizon look pretty good to me. The shadows from the signs on the walls appear to be going straight down, so it looks like midday. In which case the shadows cast by the people would also be straight down; e.g. an oval blob around their feet (suitably blurred and opacity reduced) Hope this helps, Vern. ![]() |

This is excellent - as Vern says, you've got the horizon line exactly right here. But he's also right about the shadows: the sun is almost directly overhead. Take a look at the shadows of existing people in the scene, and you'll see how they should appear. Good work - welcome to the forum! Steve |
