Falling Confetti
![]() I found photo of confetti, ![]() Selected part of it to create a pattern. Put a new layer above the main layer, but below the people. I then used the pattern stamp, playing around with different brush shapes and scattering until I found one that worked. ![]() It still wasn’t quite right, so I duplicated that layer, put it near the top, stretched and warped it, and added a little motion blur. I then reduced the opacity to 64%. ![]() I have added a black background here so the confetti shows up better. The layers: ![]() |
