They look very realistic, but since you have slides showing both sides shouldn't one of the sides look shiny compared to the other? It's been years since I've used slides and cannot remember which side is the emulsion and which is the other. |

Hi Paul. Thanks for commenting. Now that you pointed out about the shine, I guess I could have put one in but I did not think of it when I recorded the tutorial. |

Brilliant. But - Photoshop 7? Is that really the version you use? |

Re: Creating 35mm Slides
Hi Steve, Yep. I only have Photoshop 7.0. This is what I use for any photo retouching or creating things. It would be great if I had the latest version, but since I'm not doing any professional work that uses photoshop, there is no need for me to upgrade. Luis |

Now your work is even more impressive, knowing that you have an older version of Pshop.. I have CS3 and I couldn't begin to do some of the things you can do! Bravo and well done Luis. And please post lots more great tutorials! ![]() ![]() |

Re: Creating 35mm Slides
I know we are wandering off the topic, but I have CS3 and photoshop 7, and I use both. I use CS3 with RAW images because of ACR but if I am in a rush, I find that PS7 loads so much faster and is perfect with jpegs and saves in PSD format complete with layers so when I have time I can rework in CS3 if needed |
