Interesting. According to Google, this is from "Many department know where" and the message reads "What is the soil like a car and four circle symbol is?".

If it's spam, it's certainly baffling me.

I copy/pasted the characters (Chinese) on google search engine and clicked the Translate ... The translations were a lot more confusing in english than the characters themselves ... at least we know what the characters are -Chinese ... but , the translations ? who knows !!

It is chinese, some of the Kanji match japanese, but some don't so it is definitely Chinese.
Google translate etc use a simplified chinese, but there are two dialects Mandarin and Taiwanese. Using this, and a bit of switching the word order to english we get the question which car has a symbol which is four rings?

Well, yes, indeed, that's Audi. Glad to have solved the problem. Although it does seem odd to post the question in Chinese on a Photoshop site.

I‘am also a chinese ,But I couldn't not understand what this title mean...The question may ask a symbol have a poor car and four circle in it。。。What’s that？？？？
