Swans, Fermoy
Snapped these feathered buddies yesterday when passing through Fermoy on the way up to Limerick. They were right narked off that we didn't have any bread for them, so they didn't linger long, just long enough to get a few nice pics! They're a bit intimidating up close... bloody big birds!

Great Celia, They have some attitude! 
I think they might have came to Cork as well  No bread here as well, just ignore me.

Actually I think these swans are finding their way back upstream from the sea after the floods in Cork washed them away
