In camera panorama
I normally use eos cameras but there are times when i prefer someting more discreet, my wife got me a sony nex 5k for christmas. Strange little camera but very capable. Anyway, it has a built in panorama setting so i thought i'd try it. |

Re: In camera panorama
Got a Nex hey, yeh they seem like good fun, id take one as a present ![]() Nice pic, Im not sure on in camera panoramas versus Photoshop yet, they usually cut down on resolution. Probably saves alot of time though. I wasnt sure to go the micro 4/3 route or Nex or whatevers coming. I decided to wait due to the fact I think the 4/3 chip may not ever cut it in comparison to APSC, and not totally sold on the 16mm sony pancake.....maybe a Fuji X100 with its f2 lens would suit me once the price on it drops for pocketable SLR quality, samples look ok ![]() _________________ Go Hard or Go Home! |

Re: In camera panorama
With the hdmi output it looks great on the tele, not so good exported as a jpeg. This one has an 18-55 lens. It also does 3d panoramas, i may try that on a future visit to st davids cathedral. |
