Paradise
Have just returned from a 2 week trip around the North Island, and with all the commotion in the world, I thought I'd share a couple of photos, from a beautiful quiet place. We stayed with friends at the edge of Lake Ohakuri, (south of Rotorua), so peaceful, the only sounds you heard was bird song and rustling leaves. The stars at night was amazing.  _________________ Perfect confidence is granted to the less talented as a consolation prize. |

A lovely shot Vibeke. Have been thinking of coming back to NZ and that shot makes me even more 'homesick'. No, not a kiwi but an adopted Kiwi from many years ago! Will let you know if I do decide to venture over. |

Being close to Rotorua, there are of course natural hot pools close by. But these ones are alkaline, so you don't get the sulfa smell you get in Rotorua.  _________________ Perfect confidence is granted to the less talented as a consolation prize. |
