New free, live show on Retouch Pro - 12th November
Some of you may remember that I used to do a monthly Photoshop show on RetouchPro, hosted by the excellent Doug Nelson. Well, that's starting up again - but this time, as a free one-hour show driven by audience requests. That's right - you get to ask your questions live, in real time, and get them answered for free. You can upload images during the show to have me work on them there and then. This is a complete reboot of the RetouchPro Live event, and I really hope you'll be able to make it. I remember these shows very well, they were really great. Is the show on Tuesday or Wednesday? My calender shows me that 11 November is Tuesday  |

Registered. I thought the shows were really great as well, unfortunately everyone seems to expect that you can get tutorials for free now on You Tube etc |

I have registered, Just hope it will be raining here so I can attend. Hasn't rained for ages, but it's forecast for Wednesday and Thursday. Not often I hope for rain. _________________ Perfect confidence is granted to the less talented as a consolation prize. |

Great show - as usual lots to learn; but at last: one image was how to improve and I thought Copy/ B&W /Hard Light with a bit of adjustment - am learning at long last (now if I could only apply that to my images)…. |

Yes, great show, even though I had go out at 8.40 (unexpectedly). So, I am looking forward to seeing it again on Retouch Pro :-). I like the new Blur Gallery. |

I saw the start, but had to leave. Hope I can catch it on Retouch Pro This is what rain looked like today. Judging fro the amount of snow on the mountains, it must have rained during the night.

Excellent show last night. I had forforgotten about the re-selection and then using refine edge technique; there have been a couple of occasions recently when I could have used that one. Vibeke - if only our rain looked like that!

A great and informative presentation Steve. I couldn’t watch it live but watched the replay on Youtube. I found the Colour Select part most fascinating. I had no idea you could select shadows, highlights and midtones. Wonderful. Thank you for this tip!! In playing around with Colour Select I discovered Focus Area. Ive tried it on this weeks image of the volcano but it only seems to select and remove the sky. How can I gain more control of it?  _________________ Wicked Witch of the West:I'll get you, my pretty!
