Deep Space - Chap 3
Interesting challenge -- had a few problems along the way - mainly getting something to resemble planet earth or thereabouts and trying to get the clouds half decent -- harder than it looks -- again learned alot and had fun - larger link : http://users.eastlink.ca/~fbwhite/deep-space.jpg

Good work, Frank. I like the variation in star size, but most of them seem to be stretched out of circular - did you drag the mouse rather than dotting it?

Nice job Frank, I haven't gotten that far yet, keep getting side tracked.

As a matter of fact you're right Steve -- part way thru the project I decided I needed more space to the right so I expanded the canvas by 200 px (which would of course require the star background to be stretchred) -- -- never realized or noticed at the time this would stretch the stars slightly --good catch .

Thanks munchonu -- as a matter of fact I work on these for awhile and jump to another book and do a chapter on learning CS5.

It would have been easier to draw some more stars!
