Futuretech -- Chap 7
Another head scratcher at times - I had a little trouble with the diamonds and holes (page 188-9) -- mainly in getting the sizes correct so they would accept bevels,etc. My alien didn't look too great so I changed the theme somewhat. Also the side grip (pg 179) gave me problems so I built it one lozenge at a time and joined them -- tried the book way quite a few times but just couldn't get it to scale quite right for some reason. A very good learning project Steve and a lot of work but in the end FUN . Here's my take --

Excellent. I like the glassiness of your lens, and those hands are a terrific addition - wish I'd thought of that!

Thanks Steve -- the hands came as an after thought -- I thought they made a nice addition to your already ingenious whats-ama-call-it - quite the imagination -- thanks for sharing

Another great piece of work and those alien hands are a wonderful touch, god textures!
