Re: Challenge 975: A couple of tourists
Thanks to everybody who enquired after my health. I think I'm on the mend after antibiotics, but still have post/after flu

Anna, I love it

R.I.P apparently the last conversation they had was this:

Gordon "pull the ripcord now Steve." Steve "but I thought you were sorting out the parachute and pulling the ripcord! I have no ripcord!"

Shortly afterwards a loud splat was heard to rent the air!

Loyd you have taken things to a new level: that is very, very, clever

Ant, I'm afraid I couldn't let your entry pass without comment and correction! This is essentially a good entry (I like it); however, the tone/hue of the skin is all wrong; moreover, there should be NO shadows on the heads of yourself and Steve. I re-upload your original and my correction for comparison.

Since I've known you, you have never communicated to me in spite of many complimentary comments that I have made; therefore, I do hope we can break the ice and go forward together here.

Michael love 'Pull The Ripcord Now'. It's a very, very clever and unexpected re-orientation of the heads to their bodies and, to my eye, it works beautifully.

I am not usually one to approve of your alterations to other people's work. However in this case I have to say I had exactly the same reaction to Ant's image. But, give him his due, he was a man in a hurry and his entry is great fun and most of this weeks entries, including my own, are about having a giggle and not about consummate Photoshoppery.

Oh Loyd! Naughty, naughty.

David, I think that's neat in its simpleness. The image is lovely and crisp, clean and well executed.

Lovely clip Anna. I just know I'm going to be rocking to the ballroom blitz for the rest of the day.

Nice 1 Ant. We are thinking along similar lines.

Clever 1 Michael. Hey, who's flying the bomber now?

Hey Lloyd, I'm worried about those to character's shin fetish.

That's a nice crisp image Ben.

Re: Challenge 975: A couple of tourists chasing 'birds'

EDIT – As an afterthought, I decided to give an indication as to where they had lunch.

Ah, good 1 Michael. I'll feel safe coming to visit England with these bouncers there. We can stir it up all night, Michael.

Lovely beach buggy Lloyd. We use to have 1 on the farm. A red 1 too. Our mad Billy goat ram use to chase it like a Spanish bull. It hated red and use to head butt the fly wheel as we were driving into the farmyard. The 1 day it chased the buggy, as usual, when my eldest brother was driving it. He stopped in the quad and climb out. The ram was in full flight, heading for the buggy, but my brother was wearing red rugby socks, so; as he swung his legs out of the buggy, the red caught the ram's eye and he changed course - straight for my brother. I yelled just in time for him to swing around and give the ram an army boot to the head. The mutt just shook his head and sauntered back into the yard. Love the angry fool.

You are ofcourse right Michael, with my only excuse being I only left myself 10/15 min for the challenge before having to leave to catch a flight for holiday and not wanting to start off on a bad foot by missing the flight. Still I should have spent more attention to detail. Now I am here I did consider recreating my entry with an actual photo of me on the beach in the same pose but after a look in the mirror quickly reconsidered. I do enjoy the challenges each week but not one for posting much in the way of comments due to my dislexia but its not personal.
Cheers
