Are you making sure your images are under 100kb? Resize your image to about 650pixels at its longest side and then use the "save for web" option and use the slider to adjust quality to you get under 100kb.

Arg, I'm saving it as a .jpg. Is that correct? The file size was well under the maximum 100k.

when saving your pic.... make sure there are no apostrophes in the name...... ie: My Picture's ... instead it should be My Pictures ...or you can use an underscore.... ie: My_Pictures

The wife didn't like her boots.... so I took them off.... I didn't like her dress..... but the wife said that was just going tooooo far... sheesh!

glad you eventually got your pic posted ..... I originally was gonna do one with them in front of a fire... couldn't get a good enuff pic for it tho.... yours is great..... good job!

tom and sutton thanks for the compliments!

the more we/you work with this program the more you get past the montaging peps with apes and start to get into more of the beefier end of this program...which is literally quite endless.

thank god for tutorials, books (steve!) and sites like this to learn from!!!

The fake clouds I did on my first submission were bugging me so I redid it using clouds from one of my own photos. I also made the size a tad larger. I'll get the hang of this yet
