The last sentence in my previous posting should have read: Maybe I stretched the subject a little too far this time. Here's another example (no rule against posting more than one picutre, is there?), not quite as cartoony and maybe more dramatic.  |

Well being as I missed out on last week's challenge due to actually driving buses (one at a time - union regulations  ) I'd thought I'd sneak statue-man in here.
"Here hurry up mate, she's a bit quick off the mark on her last run that one is!" here's a larger version of statue-man

just been lookin back over sum of this weeks entries so far.... all excellent stuff again... and it wuz great to see wut now seems to be the new HTCIP mascot lol (statue from last weeks challenge) popping up in a lot of them.... kenny did it first and wut a great pic that one is... cept for the fact I can't see me in it anywhere...   loved Dek_101's pic with the skips too...... very clever idea  and Born2Run... boy do you have a lot to answer for!!!.... I've been running around humming the dang theme tune to the A-Team for the past 2 days... can't get it outta my head... so sheesh!...thanx for that  great pic! ... and of course .....my fav one hasta be.... Mguyer's pic ... fantastic! I love that you put yourself in almost all the pics mguyer and Maiden great pics too... pity ya missed last weeks challenge.... your pic of the statue brought to life was excellent

The London Transport Museum was full so the Tate Modern gave it pride of place. A fitting tribute to the Guy bus which looks just like a Routemaster. HiRes at http://homepages.enterprise.net/tedeggs/fc/fc80 Ted

Nice work Pauline, and a nice touch of removing some of the colour from the bus to give it that colder feel. Some great entries as usual, have to say I'm really stuck for ideas this week. |

Ah Mguyer you are forgiven! It looks like you had the same heavy snowfall we had! It didn't last long but I managed to get some beautiful pictures. We have had a very mild winter with hardly any snow, and far too much rain. _________________ Pauline |

Chris, I see your from Rochester, you must have had the same snow as what I had from the day after Boxing Day, that was the best snow in my lifetime, I ended up breaking a window though! Can't get the hang of the image size, i resize to just under 100kb but my images always come out smaller than everyone elses, what am i doing wrong? |

hi slim had the same problem with my first posts,heres what i do now in the image size box i make it about 700px wide with constrain proportions ticked that about the size of most posts. then iuse file>save for web, to bring the file size down. i guess your using image size to reduce file size. hope that makes sense. |
