Lovely Frank. Very atmospheric. Historical and topical in one image!

This is a simplification but these drawings are quite correct...

I think you are basically right, David, but the ellipses in Deborah's drawing now no longer fit the can. Howver, they can easily be stretched in perspective to fit.
Thanks.

Stunning work so far this week.

I hope everyone is doing ok during this time. We are officially in lockdown as of today. No idea how long it will last for...Keep safe.

David, I did have a laugh about the cleaner post. I can just imagine the cleaner giving instructions over Skype on how to clean the house and then paying them for the privilege. Very funny.

Lovely Anna. I particularly like the remake of the interior.

Funnily enough my second thought for an entry which I did not follow was a Pollock's Toy Theatre. I had one as a small boy and loved it!

Good work everyone

At 65 I'm losing my faculties: I'm not feeling myself lately, so I thought I better produce something for the war effort

The Grim Reaper is in a hurry as he is very busy!

The animation will kick in just have to wait.

Ben. Lovely sepia image. Like Michael I spot a certain Isambard unless I am mistaken.

Well there's a surprise! Sunshine! That really shook me. Close to flawless. I am very impressed by reflecting the sunny side of the street in the windows. This is great. The only thing that seems out of place is the T shirted man in the window. Odd ........

Just wanted to say I think this week has seen everyone submit some of the subtlest work we have seen for quite a while.

Thank you David, my main aim to surpise people.

To create this little image I had to
1. Find an image of a man as seen from above
2. Find some arms of the right sort and fit them to him
3. Adjust his T-shirt to cover his new shoulders
5. Find a face which was looking in the right direction and fit it
6. Match the skin colour of the face to the arms
7. Shrink it all to the right size without losing too much definition

Point seven was the one which made me lose heart a bit. Why am I doing all this, I thought, when the results are hardly worth it. Must I then add a top hat, shirt and cravat? No, I thought, you have spent literally hours on this and you are doing no more. Sorry.
